SINGLE-FAMILY HOME SALES AT SUTTON DALE IN FRANKFORT

FRANKFORT, IL (September 10, 2005) - On the strength of its design quality, variety, convenience and spaciousness, Sutton Dale in Frankfort, Illinois has sold more than half of the 66 single-family homes that are planned for the second phase of Flaherty Builders’ community. A unique variety of ranch, three-step ranch and two-story floor plans can be found at Sutton Dale. As expected from a Frankfort community, all homes exhibit strong curb appeal as a result of strong brick requirements and architecturally interesting rooflines.
