FLAHERTY BUILDERS OPENS NEW
DECLAN MODEL AT MISTY FALLS IN FRANKFORT
FRANKFORT, IL (February 19, 2006) – Flaherty Builders, a
semi-custom homebuilder with 30 plus years of experience in
the luxury home market, is now showcasing its largest
decorated model home at Misty Falls in historic Frankfort.
The decorated two-story home is the first decorated model to
open within the community that offers homesites that are at
least 1/3 of an acre. Custom homes are priced per blueprint
and semi-custom homes with 2,850 to more than 4,000 square
feet of living space are available for $407,900 to $490,900.
One of the most interesting aspects of Misty Falls is that a

The decorated Declan model is an elegant two-story home that
