FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOMES AT NEW COMMUNITY IN NEW LENOX
NEW LENOX, IL January 30, 2008 – Jacob’s Field, a new
semi-custom and custom home community by Flaherty
Construction, is now accepting contracts for homes in its
second New Lenox development. This new community with 47
first phase homesites will offer a variety of
never-before-offered ranch and two-story homes that provide
2,200 to 4,000 square feet of customized living space for a
starting price of $379,900. If homebuyers wish to build a
full custom home, Flaherty Builders can accommodate this
wish as well. These luxury homes will be constructed on 1/4
to 1/3-acre homesites that may accommodate look-out
basements. A select few homesites will be available with
